What is SourceSimple?
SourceSimple is a very basic concept:

We help you find candidates to fill your job.

We market your job by posting it on high traffic websites.  We search popular candidate databases and forward relevant resumes to you.  In short, we take some of the more routine work of recruiting off your shoulders... and we do it at the amazingly low price of as little as $30 per 7 day campaign.

Is a Single Campaign different from Ongoing Sourcing?
Yes, there are differences.  A Single Campaign is best for a specific and unique position because it has a definite conclusion date -- 7 days, 14 days, 21 days, or 28 days.

Ongoing Sourcing is designed for positions you fill frequently; Ongoing Sourcing provides constant access to the latest resumes.  Ongoing Sourcing is a subscription that continues until you request that is stops.

How often are resumes sent with Ongoing Sourcing?
In most cases, we update resumes every Sunday.  You receive all of the matching resumes uploaded since the prior Sunday.  In the event that the specified search criteria routinely uncover more than 50 resumes per week, we may ask your permission to update you daily.  In this case, the daily updates will allow us to optimize our resource use.

What is the 3 Day Money Back Guarantee?
SourceSimple is an excellent resource for generic job requisitions, frequently recurring positions, and numerous other searches.  If you are not satisfied for any reason, if you feel that SourceSimple is not a good match for your current needs, just tell us within the first 3 days and we will refund 100% of your campaign fee.  After the third day of the campaign, we are no longer able to offer refunds due to the expenses of inventory, time, and effort required to manage your campaign.

Are there exceptions to the Money Back Guarantee?
There is one exception to our guarantee.  We are not able to refund fees already paid to Craigslist.  This means that refunds for Ultimate Campaigns in Boston, Chicago, DC, LA, NYC, Orange County, Portland, Sacramento, San Diego, and Seattle will be reduced by $25, and SF Bay Area refunds will be reduced by $75 if the campaign included Craigslist.

How you market jobs?
We post your job on the most popular job websites, including 4 of the top 10 job boards.  You may choose to post on 2,500+ sites including Google, Jobster, Indeed.com, SimplyHired, and America's Job Bank.  We can place your job on one of these premium boards: CareerBuilder, HotJobs, or Monster.  We can advertise your job on Craigslist, either saving you $25 or refreshing your posting every 48 hours.

Do you refresh Craigslist postings?
Yes!  Craigslist postings are refreshed every 48 hours in locations where Craigslist is free.  This keeps your job at the top of the list for jobseekers to find easily, and saves you hours of routine mundane labor.

Can I select which premium job board I want?
The model just doesn't work that way.  Many of our clients would like to specify a particular board, but if we allowed that we wouldn't be able to offer our incredibly low sourcing price.  If you are not satisfied with the premium board available for your campaign, you are definitely free to re-submit your campaign when your desired resource becomes available.

How do you decide which premium board to offer?
We analyze the available premium job board inventory, and offer you the board that makes the most sense.  Of course, if you do not want to use the board offered, you are not required to submit payment for the campaign.

How often can I change the job description?
You can change your job description as often as you want.  There are only two elements of the campaign that must remain the same -- the job industry and the job location.  Other than that, feel free to submit any change request you feel is desired.

How do you search for candidates?
We search more than 200 databases and websites, including: CareerBuilder, HotJobs, Monster, and more.

Can I select which databases I want searched?
Unfortunately we can't allow clients to pick which databases to search.  We are only permitted a certain number of searches per day per database, so we have to use whatever databases have available inventory.  If you are not satisfied with the databases we offer for your campaign, you are definitely free to re-submit your campaign when your desired resource becomes available.

How often can I change the search parameters?
You can change the search parameters as often as you like.  You know the types of candidates you want to see -- if a search is not delivering appropriate candidates, we will work with you until it does.

Should I buy my own subscriptions to the job boards?
Many of our clients have their own subscriptions to job boards.  Letting SourceSimple manage your baseline sourcing needs is very different from doing it yourself.

SourceSimple is NOT a replacement for your own job board subscriptions.  We will attempt to deliver resumes to you within 24 business hours, whereas accessing your own sourcing resources can provide you with resumes instantly.  We advise you to maintain your own access to multiple job boards for maximum flexibility and responsiveness.

Do you guarantee results?
We guarantee that we will do exactly what you pay us to do -- market your job and locate relevant resumes in candidate databases.  We guarantee we will save you time and money versus doing the same work yourself.  We can't guarantee that the perfect candidate will be found during a campaign, but you are always able to extend the campaign if you want more candidates.

How many candidates do you source per job?
We find as many candidates as we can during each campaign.  Usually we find 10-50 candidates, sometimes we find more and sometimes less... but always enough to make it worth the nominal fee.

How often do I receive candidate updates?
We forward all applicants to you immediately.  We search candidate databases on a daily basis, and send you any new resumes.

How old are resumes found in database searches?
The first time we search for candidates, we uncover all matching candidates who updated their resumes in the previous 90 days.  After that we search for new matching candidates on a daily basis.

Do you offer refunds?
If we are not able to do the work for you for any reason, we will refund all fees paid.  For instance, we won't work for enterprises engaged in pornography, hate, MLM or illegal activities.  We sometimes reject clients because the work is too difficult for us to achieve success, and we want our clients to be happy.  Occasionally we experience technical glitches and the like, in which case we provide refunds.  Overwhelmingly, we are able to serve most clients and our clients are happy with the work we do.

What is Kalypxo Unbundled?
Kalypxo offers recruiters and employers only those recruiting-related services that are needed, when they are needed.  Kalypxo separates the recruiting process into Sourcing, Selection, and Security.  Clients choose their desired service level.  SourceSimple is devoted to the sourcing function.  Selection is handled at SelectSimple; background verification will be the domain of SecureSimple.

Does SourceSimple compete with recruiters?
SourceSimple is designed to aid your candidate sourcing.  We do not recruit -- we merely market and search.

Does SourceSimple compete with job boards?
We do NOT compete with job boards.  We advise you to maintain your own access to multiple job boards for maximum flexibility and responsiveness.
