BaSo is usually accomplished through advertising and database searching.
As every recruiter knows, BaSo is necessary but sometimes not sufficient... in other words, BaSo is only one piece of an effective candidate search. SourceSimple offers BaSo to our clients at a nominal fraction of the typical cost, thereby minimizing both expenses and expended time and effort.
