What We Do
It's a simple concept we call 'Baseline Sourcing':

1.  Clients submit open jobs to us.
2.  We advertise the job openings on job boards.
3.  We search databases for candidates.
4.  We send all resumes directly to our clients.

Clients pay a flat low rate for our service.
There are no database charges, no job
board charges, no other charges at all.

Clients indicate their preferred level of service.  If any client is dissatisfied with their campaign for any reason, we offer a 100% refund ** for the first 3 days.

* CareerBuilder, HotJobs, and Monster are the top three premium job boards.  We advertise our clients' job openings on ONE of these boards for each Ultimate or Premium Campaign.  Which specific board is offered to a particular client for a particular job opening depends on the posting inventory available to us at the time of req submission.  Clients approve of the available premium resource BEFORE paying any campaign fees.

** Craigslist fees are the only exception to this policy.  While we would very much like to refund Craigslist fees, we are not able to retrieve the funds once spent.  Ultimate Campaign refunds are reduced by $25 in Boston, Chicago, DC, LA, NYC, OC, Portland, Sac, SD, and Seattle, and by $75 in the SF Bay Area.  Of course, 100% refunds are provided for Ultimate Campaigns that either do NOT include Craigslist fees, or are stopped before they begin.
